Project Management for Team Members

This two-day workshop provides participants with a thorough working knowledge of project management, so they can better understand their roles and responsibilities. The information provided can be immediately applied to any group project in any industry or organization.

Please note that this courseware refers to a third party Social Style Questionnaire by Tracom Group (http://www.tracomcorp.com) which must be purchased separately. The Social Styles Questionnaire is a personality test, similar to Myers-Briggs, that helps identify personality traits and how an individual works with others. In place of the Social Style Questionnaire the facilitator can use a different personality test or have a general discussion about different personalities in a work environment. There are several on-line, free tests available.
