Orders received prior to 3:00 PM Mountain Time will be printed the same business day and shipped the following business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM Mountain Time or on any non-business day will be printed on the next business day and shipped the following business day. Need it sooner? International Ordering and Shipping
ITCourseware is pleased to accept your online international orders. Currently, all orders are printed and shipped via FedEx International Priority from the U.S.
Orders placed before 3 PM Mountain Time will ship the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 1pm Mountain Time, assuming no holidays, the order will ship on Tuesday. Shipping and handling charges are provided by the shipper based upon the shipping options you define during the checkout process. The volume discount our fulfillment center receives on the International Priority level of service offsets the financial benefit of using International Economy, so that level of service is not currently offered. A $5.00 USD handling fee is applied to each order.
ITCourseware and its printing partners use Federal Express to ship all orders. Orders placed before 3 PM Mountain Time will ship the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 1pm Mountain Time, assuming no holidays, the order will ship on Tuesday, and if you have selected Overnight shipping, your order will arrive on Wednesday.

Shipping charges are provided by the shipper based upon the shipping options you define during the checkout process. Domestic shipping options typically include Fedex Ground, Fedex 2Day, Fedex Standard Overnight, and Fedex First Overnight. A $5.00 USD handling fee is applied to each order.

Courseware may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the purchase date, provided that the books are the current version, and their original shrink-wrap is intact.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - available from your Account Manager
Defective or incorrect products will be exchanged at no charge.
All other authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Credits toward future purchases will be issued and valid for 90 days.
