What is the difference between a student kit and an instructor kit?

The instructor teaches out of the same book that students use. In addition, they receive an instructor guide that typically includes setup instructions, pacing guidelines, slides or PDF files, and lab answers. A list of exactly what's included is shown at the top of each course description online.

How long will it take to get my materials?

ITCourseware prints on demand. Domestic and Canadian orders are printed and shipped on the following business day after an order is placed. Shipping options include Ground, 2-day, or Overnight. European orders take two business days to print and ship, ground shipping takes one day to many locations in Europe.

Do you have a minimum order?

Generally we have a minimum order of three copies per title. If you wish to purchase a single copy for your instructor to prep with or for self-paced study (see below), please contact an Account Manager to make arrangements prior to ordering.

Can I use this material for self-paced study?

Most of our materials are written for an experienced instructor, so they would not work well as self-paced study materials. However, some titles, including those with Course ID prefixes AP- or FP- can be self-taught. Contact an Account Manager for more details.

Can I purchase one copy to evaluate the materials?

Free evaluations are available for every title to qualified customers. Our Account Managers are happy to discuss providing you with one.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), checks, money orders, wire transfers, and purchase orders. A credit line must be established prior to using a PO, so contact an Account Manager to request a credit application.

What is your return policy?

Courseware may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the purchase date, provided that the books are the current version and their original shrink-wrap is intact. Returns require you to contact an Account Manager at 800-292 2652. Authorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Defective or incorrect products will be exchanged at no charge. Credit toward future purchases will be issued and valid for 90 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have printers in the U.S.A., Canada, Australia, and the U.K. that can all accommodate international orders. Shipping rates may vary.
