Shipping Information
International Shipping
ITCourseware ships all over the world and welcomes your International
Orders. We have printing facilities in Canada, the UK, and Australia.
However, we cannot process International Orders on our website at this time. Please
download our Order Form and fax (303.302.5281) it to us for International Orders.
As always, you may also contact an Account Manager at +1-303-302-5280 to
place International Orders. |
US Shipping
ITCourseware and its printing partners use several shipping methods, including Federal Express, United Parcel Service, Australian Air Express and private couriers.
Orders placed before 3pm Mountain Time will ship the next
business day.
For example, if you place an order on Monday at 1pm
Mountain Time, then assuming no holidays, the order will
ship on Tuesday, and if you have selected Overnight shipping,
your order will arrive on Wednesday.
PLEASE NOTE: All transit times are for business days only
and do not include weekend deliveries or holidays. See below for a list of US holidays.

Return Policy
Please verify your shipment upon arrival. If there is an
error or omission in your shipment, contact us immediately.
Courseware may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the
purchase date, provided that the books are the current version and
their original shrink-wrap is intact.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number - available from your Account Manager. Authorized
returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Defective or incorrect products will be exchanged at no charge.
Credit toward future purchases will be issued and valid for 90 days.
