Account Manager - Inside Sales

ITCourseware is expanding its sales force to meet ongoing demand for our products. We have immediate opportunities for experienced salespeople to join our company as Account Managers. Based in the Denver Tech Center, ITCourseware is a global provider of high-quality, courseware materials.  We focus on the education and skill development of Information Technology professionals, including software developers, programmers, and system administrators.

Position Description:

Develop new clients through extensive prospecting, generate incremental revenue with existing customers, manage inbound leads.  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to assimilate technical information are essential in this role to achieve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business
• Maintain existing client base
• Achieve complete client satisfaction
• Meet performance requirements
• Assist in technical solutions for clients' business goals

Qualifications:

• Between 1and 2 years direct sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
• Good communication (both written and verbal), organization, and negotiation skills
• Proven hunter, demonstrated ability to generate demand
• Proficient in managing the entire sales cycle
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
• Proficient using MS Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet
• Bachelor's degree preferred
